The planters are great, i am giving 1 star due to lack of communication and preparation. You guys didn't email me at all until I asked where my stuff was and when it would be arriving. You assured me it would be there before Christmas and it wasn't. In your email you told me you ran out ofmaterials which is why my order was running behind. It's the holidays got already over order your materials. My stuff didn't arrive until after the holidays and you never even thought to perhaps refund me some of the monies or offer me anything else to accommodate the inconvenience. It's a shame cause you have some really cool things but I won't be ordering from you guys again
